My husband and I are passionate climbers and saw each other for the first time in a bouldering hall and we were smitten. We would say it was love at first sight. We were both too shy to talk to each other, so we went our separate ways. The next day, as fate would have it, we luckily met again in a bar and got to know each other better. We talked all evening and fell more and more in love with each other. Since 2018, we have been as in love as we were in the beginning.

Since we were getting married at the registry office during the coronavirus pandemic, we wanted to have a grand wedding with all our family and friends. So, I went to the bridal shop with my witnesses and my mom. Her dress was hanging on a mannequin, and my mom said, “This is your dress.” So, this one had to be my choice. I had tried on three other dresses before, but yours moved me to tears, and it was simply my dress. Since I’m more of a rocker, playful, and exclusive personality, the dress reflected my personality. That’s why I wanted this dress. We can’t really say what we liked best because the dress was perfect all around.
We had a beautiful forest wedding at Eventhof Hagler in Luhe-Wildenau, Bavaria, Germany. This location also reflects our personality: connection with nature, exclusivity, rock and casual. Our wedding was the most beautiful celebration we’ve ever had; it was beyond perfect, and we would get married again in exactly the same way.
